Jarrod Dyke, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). A 2011 graduate of the University of Maine, Orono, Jarrod holds a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Physical Education with a concentration in Exercise Science. Shortly after graduation Jarrod completed an internship with OA Parisi Speed School in Maine. And in early 2012, he moved from his hometown of Portland, Maine to Boston. The rest as they say is history... sort of.
After moving to Boston, Jarrod worked for a few commercial gym as a personal trainer. Most recently he was the Director of personal training at a gym in Brookline, MA. Between 2014-2015, in addition to being a personal trainer Jarrod interned with the Boston University Strength and Conditioning department. During this time he worked with the nationally ranked Men's Hockey team.
Helping clients move and feel better, is what keeps Jarrod going every day. To this end, he recently received certification as a Precision Nutrition Coach, providing him with the tools to coach clients through nutritional roadblocks.
Jarrod is also a bit of a sports nut and when he’s not picking up heavy things he plays rugby for Boston Rugby Football Club. Jarrod lives in Boston with his girlfriend, Catherine.
